We're committed to making our clothes in an environmentally responsible way. Which means that you can feel good about what you're buying and how it's made. Our clean production process uses less water, less electricity, less dye and creates less greenhouse gases than other jeans. At Oliver Logan, less is more.
Our focus is to rely more on what is in circulation and to create less of what already exists. We are working towards a closed loop manufacturing process, but in the meantime we are shifting away from conventional yarns and utilizing more post-consumer recycled yarns. That means that the clothing you are wearing now could eventually end up in our jeans and tees.
Less Fabric Dye
The dye process that we use with our fabric partners requires 20% less dye, up to 60% less energy, and up to 70% less water. Through each part of the manufacturing process, we partner with our supply chain to make sure we are doing what we can at every stage.
Reduced Water Usage
In order for us to get that vintage look and feel that we all love, we use best in class ozone machines (instead of those big washing machines) which reduces the amount of water we need by 65%. The water that is used is funneled through an onsite wastewater treatment facility where we clean the water through various filtration processes and re-circulate 80% of it.
In addition to our commitment to the environment, we are also committed to providing a healthy & safe environment for all workers by partnering with factories who invest the same quality in their employees as the garments they produce.Learn More
