Shipping

Oliver Logan offers free standard shipping within the US. Please allow 24-48 business hours for us to process the order after it is placed.

We use a combination of FedEx, USPS, and UPS for free ground shipping.

Oliver Logan does offer expedited shipping, but at your cost.

Once we receive your request to edit your order, a change of address is not guaranteed.

If your order has already shipped, you'll need to wait until it arrives before initiating a return or exchange.

Returns

Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in new condition with the original tags attached. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. We have implemented WAIR fit technology and extensive customer reviews to help you find your perfect pair the first time.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for store credit or unlimited exchanges for FREE.  

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but $7.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping and restocking fee of your return. However, store credit and exchanges are free. We have implemented WAIR fit technology and extensive customer reviews to help you find your perfect pair the first time.

Returns / exchanges must be initiated within 30 daysof the package being delivered. Any returns / exchanges outside of this window will not be processed. All returns / exchanges should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. The rest is up to your bank!

We do our best to inspect all merchandise before it ships, but every now and again, one can slip away from us. Please contact Hello@OliverLogan.com . Visit our Returns page for more information.

The Oliver Logan Lifetime Warranty covers all of our products that fail due to a manufacturing defect. Even after extended use, we will repair it free of charge, or replace at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided. 

If the damage is due to usual wear and tear, then we can repair that for a reasonable charge. Denim products will naturally fade over time and develop blemishes from wearing. Faded color and blemishes are not covered by our lifetime warranty.

Yes, Oliver Logan typically run true to size. However, if a product has a tendency to do otherwise, it will be explicitly mentioned in the products general description. A size chart and fit guide are also available on the site to assist you in finding your perfect fit.

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that we do not yet have on-hand, but is on its way to our warehouse. This is a way to snag a new hot item before it drops! These orders will be shipped as soon as the inventory becomes available.

Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.

If you've made a purchase and within 7 days noticed that the item(s) you bought are now on sale, we will happily refund you the difference. Please email us at hello@oliverlogan.com with your order number and original price paid.

Use a gentle cycle with cold water to protect the fabric and colors. Always air dry to maintain the shape and fit of your garments, and when a deeper clean is needed, opt for dry cleaning.
