Returns

Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in new condition with the original tags attached. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Yes, for each return made a small fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking fee. However, exchanges are free. We have implemented WAIR fit technology along with extensive customer reviews to help you find your perfect pair the first time.
Any returns received that are postmarked after 30 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse. All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. The rest is up to your bank!

The Oliver Logan Lifetime Warranty covers all of our products that fail due to a manufacturing defect. Even after extended use, we will repair it free of charge, or replace at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided.
If the damage is due to usual wear and tear, then we can repair that for a reasonable charge. Denim products will naturally fade over time and develop blemishes from wearing. Faded color and blemishes are not covered by our lifetime warranty.
Yes, Oliver Logan typically run true to size. However, if a product has a tendency to do otherwise, it will be explicitly mentioned in the products general description. A size chart and fit guide are also available on the site to assist you in finding your perfect fit.
We do not wash our jeans, and you do not have to either. We recommend not washing your jeans, and letting your jeans tell your story. If you do decide to wash your jeans, turn inside out and wash on cold cycle- NO BLEACH. Air dry or tumble dry low on heat if needed.
*Disclaimer: washing your jeans before wearing reduces the chances of color transfer.
