Ludlow Mid Rise

Great denim. I feel like there was more stretch than expected and could have sized down. I was also looking for dark and although close to website images, think they are slightly larger. I had to wear them to learn the stretch but in fairness, description does mention. Overall, I like.

I love this style of jean, as it fits my older, casually athletic body type really well. Super comfortable--just this afternoon I napped on the couch with them on, and didn't even have to undo a button or make any adjustment; they were comfy as worn. If I had any change or suggestion to make I'd wish they were a tad bit longer, but I don't dwell on that. For reference, I'm 68, 5' 4 1/2", about 118 pounds, wearing size 25. Size 24 would have been less loose in the legs and seat, but not as comfortable in the waist for me.

This is my first purchase from Oliver and Logan. I was looking for more sustainable and ethically made denim that had a vintage look and feel, and these delivered. They fit perfectly (true to size) and I love the distressing details. They are soft, comfortable and easy to move in. My only reason for removing one star is that I wish they made a mid-rise relaxed fit that is longer in length. I'm not a fan of cropped jeans (or jeans that hit at my ankle). I think they make my short legs look stubby (I'm 5'3", 140 pounds, and wear a size 28). But I loved the wash and feel so much that I decided to keep them anyway.

They are too large around the crotch.

Based on all the great reviews I decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did. I have a hard time finding jeans that fit. I'm 5'1", 110# and usually wear petites. I used OL size chart and was pleasantly surprised size 25 fit like they were made for me. There's a slight give in the material so you can move with ease yet have a flattering fit. There is no puddling with the inseam. They are just as described with a vintage look. I will definitely order from OL again.
