Return & Refund Policy

Our ultimate objective is to make you happy. We stand by our product and our services and always do our best to take care of our customers in a fair, reasonable, and timely manner. Without you, there is no us.


What is your return policy?

For returns or exchanges, you have 30 days from the ship date to receive a refund. Exchanges are free however, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund per order. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags. Refunds are issued to the original payment.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

In order to process your return please email our customer service department Hello@OliverLogan.com with your original order number, item(s) you are returning, and reason for return. *Please note, we do not issue refunds for expedited shipping charges.  

Any item marked as Final Sale Non-Refundable, is not eligible for returns. 

What if my return is late?
Any returns received that are postmarked after 30 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse. All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. 

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color
Please email us at Hello@OliverLogan.com and we will help facilitate the exchange for you. 


When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. The rest is up to your bank!

What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
The Oliver Logan Lifetime Warranty covers all of our products that fail due to a manufacturing defect. Even after extended use, we will repair it free of charge, or replace at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided. 

If the damage is due to usual wear and tear, then we can repair that for a reasonable charge. Denim products will naturally fade over time and develop blemishes from wearing. Faded color and blemishes are not covered by our lifetime warranty.
