Return & Refund Policy

Our ultimate objective is to make you happy. We stand by our product and our services and always do our best to take care of our customers in a fair, reasonable, and timely manner. Without you, there is no us.

What is your return policy?

*Due to health and sanitary reasons Face Mask’s cannot be returned and are final sale. Any face mask received through our spend ‘$100 or more promotion’ will not be accepted should you decide to return the other items. In that case, we will charge a $9.00 restocking fee.

For a full refund, you have 30 days from the ship date to get your return postmarked back to us. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in new condition with the original tags attached. 

 Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for orders over $40.00 and for returns within the U.S. If your order is under $40.00, then you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending us back the return. 

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

In order to process your return please email our customer service department with your original order number, item(s) you are returning, and reason for return. *Please note, we do not issue refunds for expedited shipping charges.  

What if my return is late?
Any returns received that are postmarked after 30 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse. All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. 

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. The rest is up to your bank!

What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
The Oliver Logan Lifetime Warranty covers all of our products that fail due to a manufacturing defect. Even after extended use, we will repair it free of charge, or replace at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided. 

If the damage is due to usual wear and tear, then we can repair that for a reasonable charge. Denim products will naturally fade over time and develop blemishes from wearing. Faded color and blemishes are not covered by our lifetime warranty.
