How do I start a return / exchange?
Please go to our Returns Center to submit a return request.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in new condition with the original tags attached. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. We have implemented WAIR fit technology and extensive customer reviews to help you find your perfect pair the first time.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

What is “Free Returns” Coverage?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a full refund, store credit, or unlimited exchanges for FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but $7.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping and restocking fee of your return. However, store credit and exchanges are free. We have implemented WAIR fit technology and extensive customer reviews to help you find your perfect pair the first time.
What if my return / exchange is late?
Returns / exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the ship date. Any returns / exchanges outside of this window will not be processed. All returns / exchanges should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Any purchase made from November 25 to December 31st is eligible for returns or exchanges until January 31st.
*Final sale items are eligible for returns, but for store credit only.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. The rest is up to your bank!

What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
The Oliver Logan Lifetime Warranty covers all of our products that fail due to a manufacturing defect. Even after extended use, we will repair it free of charge, or replace at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided.
If the damage is due to usual wear and tear, then we can repair that for a reasonable charge. Denim products will naturally fade over time and develop blemishes from wearing. Faded color and blemishes are not covered by our lifetime warranty.
