We want you to love your Oliver Logan jeans. If they’re not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it easy to return or exchange them — quickly, fairly, and with as little hassle as possible. Because without you, there is no us.
How do I start a return / exchange?
Just head over to our Returns Center with your order number and email address. Follow the simple steps, and we’ll guide you through the process. If you need a hand, reach us anytime at Hello@OliverLogan.com.
What can I return?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
- Returns should be started within 30 days of your ship date.
- Final Sale (Non-Refundable) items cannot be returned.
- We cannot refund expedited shipping charges.
We’re confident in our TrueFit fit technology and hundreds of customer reviews to help you pick the right fit the first time — but if it doesn’t work out, we’ve got you.
How does “Free Returns” coverage work?
If you add Free Returns coverage at checkout, we’ll include your return shipping label so you can return items for a full refund, store credit, or exchange — at no extra cost.
Skip the coverage? You can still return items, but a $7.50 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking. Store credit and exchanges are always free.
When will I see my refund?
Once we get your return, please allow 10-15 business days for us to process it. From there, the rest is up to your bank!

What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
We stand behind our quality with the Oliver Logan Lifetime Warranty. If there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace your product, even years down the road. If we don’t have the exact style, we’ll offer a similar item of equal value.
Please note: normal wear and tear (like fading or small blemishes from daily wear) isn’t covered, but we’re happy to discuss reasonable repair options if you’d like to give your denim some extra love.
