RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our ultimate objective is to make you happy. We stand by our product and our services and always do our best to take care of our customers in a fair, reasonable, and timely manner.

What is your return policy?
For a full refund, you have 30 days from the ship date to get your return postmarked back to us. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in new condition with original tags attached.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the U.S.
In order to process your return please email our customer service department Hello@OliverLogan.com with your original order number, item(s) you are returning, and reason for return. *Please note, we do not issue refunds for expedited shipping charges.
What if my return is late?
Any returns received that are postmarked after 30 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse. All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. The rest is up to your bank!

What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
If the damage is due to usual wear and tear, then we can repair that for a reasonable charge. Denim products will naturally fade over time and develop blemishes from wearing. Faded color and blemishes are not covered by our lifetime warranty.
