Ludlow Mid Rise

Great denim. I feel like there was more stretch than expected and could have sized down. I was also looking for dark and although close to website images, think they are slightly larger. I had to wear them to learn the stretch but in fairness, description does mention. Overall, I like.

I love this style of jean, as it fits my older, casually athletic body type really well. Super comfortable--just this afternoon I napped on the couch with them on, and didn't even have to undo a button or make any adjustment; they were comfy as worn. If I had any change or suggestion to make I'd wish they were a tad bit longer, but I don't dwell on that. For reference, I'm 68, 5' 4 1/2", about 118 pounds, wearing size 25. Size 24 would have been less loose in the legs and seat, but not as comfortable in the waist for me.

This is my first purchase from Oliver and Logan. I was looking for more sustainable and ethically made denim that had a vintage look and feel, and these delivered. They fit perfectly (true to size) and I love the distressing details. They are soft, comfortable and easy to move in. My only reason for removing one star is that I wish they made a mid-rise relaxed fit that is longer in length. I'm not a fan of cropped jeans (or jeans that hit at my ankle). I think they make my short legs look stubby (I'm 5'3", 140 pounds, and wear a size 28). But I loved the wash and feel so much that I decided to keep them anyway.

I have an almost flat stomach but big backside and thighs. Jeans are IMPOSSIBLE to fit. I took the fit quiz and my Ludlows were so amazing I immediately bought another pair in a different style (love the fit for those too!). And shipping is incredibly fast. 100% satisfied! Thank you!

Bought these in December and wore them for a six day trip that included all kinds of weather and lots of walking plus air travel. This is my third pair of Ludlows and they are my favorite although I will be wearing all three constantly. So comfy and easy to have on for hours.
